The Converge mobile application does not store information locally. All data is sent to and received from the cloud. Any data displayed on a device is temporarily cached and refreshed as needed. As such, devices should not be subject to Freedom of Information Act, search warrants, or subpoena requests relating to Converge activity.
Any data required from the Converge system should be requested through an agency administrator and retrieved via the Converge Portal. All Freedom of Information Act or subpoena requests should also be sent to the appropriate agency administrator.
Under no circumstances should you share your device or Converge login credentials with anyone.
At Converge, we make security our first priority. Converge follows industry standard best practices. All information is encrypted in transit. Sensitive information is also encrypted at rest, such as user information.
Converge is built upon Amazon Web Services. Leveraging their infrastructure, we have deployed a nationwide presence to account for any disruption in any area of the United States. This infrastructure allows our services to support your personnel when it matters most.
